Secretary (Core Committee) – Person Specification
(Time commitment 1 hour per week)
The UK Audit and Research Collaborative in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (UK ARCOG) is a national collaborative of trainees in O&G, passionate to improve care for girls and women through national audit, service evaluation and research projects, to better inform our practice. We are an entirely trainee-based organisation with representation at the RCOG Academic Board, National Trainees Committee and Blair Bell Research Committee.
We currently are co-applicants on two NIHR funded studies, as well as leading project from within UK ARCOG, recognising all those who contribute to this work as co-authors or as acknowledgements. We are looking to expand our core committee to help oversee the running of UK ARCOG, as well as vet project proposals and co-ordinate them at a national level, liaising with the regional representatives.
